Meet the Team
Paul Paschall – Agency Owner
Accumulating over 25 years of experience in the Commercial and Personal Insurance marketplace, Paul Paschall entered the Independent Agency side of the marketplace in 2008. Paul received his Masters of Business Administration and BBA in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University. Paschall is known in the community for his strong interpersonal skills and industry expertise and is often tapped for his knowledge and experience. His business acumen has led to many awards including; being named Weatherford Chamber of Commerce's 2006 Small Business of the Year, in 2019 he was named the Citizen of the Year and in 2024 he received the prestigious, James H. Doss Award.
Paul was elected as the Mayor of Weatherford, Texas in May of 2019 and started his second term in May of 2022. Prior to that, Paschall served on the Weatherford ISD Board of Trustees from 2006 until 2015 and was appointed as Board President in June 2013 and served two years in that role. He also served as Board Vice President from 2011-2013 and Board Secretary from 2007-2011.
He also has active roles in many community clubs and organizations such as the Weatherford ISD Education Foundation (Board Member 2005-2013), United Way of Parker County (Past Chairman, Human Resources Committee, 2007; Treasurer, 2005), Weatherford Chamber of Commerce (2006 Small Business Owner of the Year; Board Member 2010-2014; and Chairman 2012-13).
Paul also served as City of Weatherford (Vice Chairman, Building and Standards Board, 2005; Member, Citizens Capital Advisory Committee, 2005 and 2014, Municipal Utility Board, current Chair; Municipal Utility Board Risk Management Committee Member; Planning and Zoning Commission, past Chairman), WISD Partners in Education, Texas Scholars Program, Junior Achievement instructor in local schools, and Weatherford Noon Lions Club (Lion of the Year, 2006; and Tail Twister, 2006, 2009, 2011-16, President 2017-18). Recently, Paul has been re-appointed to the Tarrant Area Food Bank West Advisory Committee, as President of the Parker County Mayor's Council, to the North Central Texas 9-1-1 Board of Managers, and was newly appointed to the Tarleton State University Foundation Board.
Northside Baptist is the Church home for the Paschall family. Paul and Courtney serve on the High School Ministry kitchen crew serving a light breakfast to high school students before Sunday School.
Paschall has been married to his wife, Courtney, for 27 years and they have two children, ages 26 and 20.
When spare time is available, Paul enjoys date nights with his wife and loves to fish, fish more, and fish even more.
Denise Blue
Licensed Agent
Denise has been an Insurance Professional for over 40 years and has extensive training in the Personal Lines marketplace. Denise has been a resident of Parker County for over 35 years. In her spare time, Denise enjoys gardening, decorating, home-building, and boating. Denise is a proud Nana of 3 grandchildren, which include a 14-year-old granddaughter, an 11-year-old grandson who both attend Peaster ISD, and a 1-year-old granddaughter.
Holly Weathers

Holly has been with Paschall Insurance Group for over 5 years now. With over 15 years in customer service and administrative management, Holly brings with her a positive attitude, top-notch customer service, and meticulous organizational skills. Holly has 2 athletic and energetic boys that keep her busy with all things sports-related. Holly has also recently married the love of her life, Ethan. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her boys play sports, working out, and traveling.
Chad Edwards, CLCS
Licensed Agent
Chad is a lifelong resident of Parker County and a graduate of Millsap High School. He received his Bachelor's in Business Administration and Marketing from Tarleton State University where he was a 3-year letterman in Track and Field. Chad has been in the insurance industry since 2011. In 2020, he completed and received the coveted Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation to help better serve our local business owners. Chad is also Farm and Ranch Certified by the largest farm and ranch insurer in the United States. Chad’s goal as an agent is to be a one-stop shop for all of your insurance needs.
Serving our community is also very important to Chad and his family. Currently, Chad serves as the Board President for Millsap ISD School Board, Member of the Millsap Fire Department, Board Member with the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Tarrant County Professionals Group, and Founding President of the Millsap ISD Education Foundation.
Outside of protecting his clients and serving our community, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Deshaun, and their 4 children.
Kristen Ford

As a proud resident of Parker County, Kristen brings with her a wealth of experience spanning over 13 years in the realm of building and nurturing client relationships. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Tarleton State University, Kristen's academic foundation aligns seamlessly with her professional journey.
Having firmly planted her roots in Parker County, Kristen takes immense pride in calling it home. She has enjoyed being a member of the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce and being involved in the community. Serving our community is very important to Kristen as she currently serves on the board for the Weatherford Chambers Young Business Leaders along with participating in the 2024-2025 Leadership Weatherford program.
Kristen is a licensed agent and is eager to offer tailored insurance solutions and unwavering dedication to exceptional service to each client. She prides herself on outstanding customer service and building relationships.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Kristen finds joy in her role as a wife and mother. Being married to her husband, Josh, for 11 years, they have one daughter who keeps them on their toes with sports and school activities. Their family enjoys spending time with each other attending church, traveling, skiing, going to the beach, fishing, boating, and exploring.
Paula Sears
Licensed Agent
Paula started her career as an insurance professional in 2012, working with families and businesses to provide quality protection. Paula has developed a well-known reputation for exemplary customer service and dedication to her clients. She has extensive training in personal lines insurance, and looks forward to rapidly expanding into the commercial lines in the future.
Paula has been a resident of Parker County for over 30 years, as a member of the Soda Springs Community, where her husband’s family has farmed and ranched for five generations. It is also home to the Soda Springs Baptist Church, which Paula and her husband Steven are actively involved. Paul and Steven have been married 33 years, and have one son, Steven Layne Sears and a daughter in law, Lauren.
Courtney Paschall
Director of Marketing
Courtney has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Courtney performs all marketing, database management, and coordination functions of the agency. Many years of experience in marketing, public relations, and data management allow Courtney to provide a level of process management that sets our agency apart from all others. Originally from Mississippi, Courtney grew up in the Metroplex and has been a resident of Weatherford for 20 years. Courtney enjoys spending time with family and friends, decorating, and traveling.
Lea Anne Riedel
Customer Service Representative
Lea Anne has been an Insurance Professional for over 35 years. Lea Anne worked in a local captive agency for over 20 years and took a brief leave to work with the Weatherford Independent School District. Lea Anne is a licensed agent and has extensive training in the Personal Lines marketplace and enjoys assisting clients with their insurance needs. Lea Anne is a lifelong resident of Weatherford and enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve and their son, Austen, who graduated from Weatherford College with his Associates Degree in Science and Tarleton State University with a minor in Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.
Shelah Nickols
Licensed Massage Therapist
Shelah has 23 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and has been serving Weatherford since 2004. Shelah has been a staple at Paschall Insurance Group for the past several years by providing deep tissue massages to our team on a regular basis. Shelah takes great pride in detailing each appointment to her client’s specific needs. Her specialty is working with clients who suffer from chronic pain and/or have some type of muscular dysfunction. Shelah is also finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Sciences with a Minor in Neurosciences. As a single mother, her two children are her pride and joy. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time on the water, playing dominoes with friends, and laughing with family.
